I Thank God in All My Remembrances of You

Clergy Appreciation Day 10/17/10

Render honor to whom honor is due.   – Romans 13:7

One of the many definitions for the word honor is “a privilege or a pleasure.” God wants us to know that giving is a privilege and a pleasure – for He loves a “cheerful giver.” As Christians, we should live a life of gratitude – we should say “thank you” more, give more, smile more, hug more, and simply show more appreciation more often. Over and over, the apostle Paul thanked and praised others for their work to build and support God’s Church.

We should do no less.
