The Last Words

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. – Matthew 28:19-20

If you knew you were leaving – never to have the opportunity to communicate again – what would you say? What would be the last words you would speak to your friends and family? Wouldn’t it be the most important instructions, the deepest desires for your loved ones, the words that you would most want to be remembered after you were gone?   Yes, if we only had that opportunity.  Jesus knew this time had come and took full advantage of His last moments in a physical world; the last chance to speak to ears that could hear, if only they would.

At Community Bible Fellowship, we’re still listening today.  We take this “Commission” as our primary mission. We recently changed the name of our church to better communicate this most important, vibrant, life changing statement of love and comfort to a world that needs to not only hear, but experience Him through us.
