Use What You Have

He called together his servants and entrusted his money to them while he was gone. He gave five bags of silver to one, two bags of silver to another, and one bag of silver to the last—dividing it in proportion to their abilities. – Matthew 25:14-15

God never asks us to do more than we can do, but know that He will push us be all we can be. God asked Moses to use the simple shepherd’s staff in his hand to lead the Israelites out of bondage – and he did. He put Queen Esther in a place to use her beauty and brains to outwit those who would have annihilated His people, and she did it.

We all have gifts and opportunities in varying degrees. We need only commit ourselves and whatever we have to Christ and He will give us all the courage we need to boldly go into our world (no matter how great or small) with His message of love, hope and salvation. The Church was born and bred to be bold!
