God Never Forgets

Do you thus repay the Lord, O foolish and unwise people? Is not He your Father who has bought you? He has made you and established you.  Remember the days of old, consider the years of all generations. Ask your father, and He will inform you, your elders, and they will tell you.-Deuteronomy 32:6-7 (NASB)

The ability to remember is one of the most important functions of our brains and a marvelous gift from God.  Without memory, we could not develop the caring relationships that give life meaning.  Nor could we learn, as there is no transfer of knowledge into action.  God never forgets His promises to us and fulfills them over and over again.  Oh, that we would remember Him and act as faithfully in response.
