Little Things

Here is another illustration Jesus used: The Kingdom of Heaven is like a mustard seed planted in a field. It is the smallest of all seeds, but it becomes the largest of garden plants; it grows into a tree, and birds come and make nests in its branches. – Matthew 13:31-32 (NLT)

Small things make a big difference; a pebble in your shoe, a paper cut, a cell that divides abnormally or a misplaced chromosome that can change a life forever. Our God understands the power of little things. We, on the other hand, are so impressed by the grandiose, that we forget how God touches us, speaks to us, and blesses us through a million little things.
