Join the Austin Samaritans on a Mission Trip to Nicaragua!

Austin Samaritans is hosting two trips to Managua, Nicaragua in 2013

 April 20 – 27 and October 19 – 26

Experience the joy of helping and serving men, women and children who have so many needs. The trips will provide opportunities to do construction, provide educational and fun activities for children, visit and interact with missions and non-profit organizations that are meeting critical needs of the Nicaraguan people in the areas of medical care, education, and care for the most vulnerable. You will be exposed to a different culture and to some of Nicaragua’s points of interest. You will get to know your mission teammates as you work, play, and pray together.

The trip is open to any adult or youth of 12 years or older, accompanied by a parent.  Spanish is helpful, but not necessary.  All that is required is a heart for the poor and suffering and a desire to share Christ’s love in tangible ways.

Cost is $600/person (for in country lodging, meals, & transportation) + air fare ($600 – $900) + medical travel insurance (about $55)

Application deadline for April 2013 trip is March 20, 2013.
